The affairs of the Association are managed by a Board of Directors, comprising of not less than five members. The Board of Directors comprises of, the Chairperson, who presides over the meetings of the Association and of the Board of Directors. The Vice-Chairman presides over the Association in absence of the Chairperson. Secretary-General coordinates the activities of the Association the exchange of information among members. The Board of Directors is elected by the members.
