Mark holds an MBA from Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Degree- B.A (A) from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Makerere University, a Certificate in Insurance from Chartered Insurance Institute UK.

He is also a material developer, a facilitator/lecturer and examiner of the Insurance Training College of Uganda.

Mark has over 25 Years of experience in Insurance specializing in, General (Motor, Marine, Medical etc), 

He was the Coordinator of the COMESA yellow card scheme.

He Worked with National Insurance Corporation Uganda Ltd, 

He was the Managing Director at Bartlett Insurance Brokers Limited

Mark is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Savoy Insurance Brokers Limited.

He also previously served on the IBAU public relations committee and he currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the Insurance Brokers Association of Uganda (IBAU) as the Vice Chairperson.
