Mrs. Ritah Mutesi Kabayiza is an experienced Business Executive with a successful career spanning over 20 years in the Insurance Industry 

Ritah currently serves as the Executive Director at Willis Towers Watson Uganda, a subsidiary of the wider global multinational, Willis Towers Watson. She prides herself in working with highly productive teams that help Clients across various sectors turn their risks into paths for growth. 

She also sits on Boards and is passionate about Corporate Governance and Leadership and has won several accolades such as Nominee for most supportive CEO-4TH NED Awards (League of East African Directors) Top 100 CEO(s) 2024-CEO Magazine. Featured under Women Fixing Uganda- CEO Magazine 

Ritah is the Chairperson of Insurance Brokers Association of Uganda where she continues to champion the Insurance Broker cause!
